Loan Investment Programs

Community Futures Ventures has four loan programs available to help make your dream of owning a business a reality. Loans are available to all types of qualifying businesses, and are managed through a local Board of Directors.

Small Business Loans

The regular investment program provided traditional term loans to a maximum of $150,000, with a minimum of $5,000.

Entrepreneurs with Disabilities

The entrepreneurs with disabilities development program was developed to help reduce the barriers facing entrepreneurs with disabilities in rural communities. Loans are provided to qualifying individuals to a maximum of $150,000. Many people with disabilities are successfully self-employed.

Youth Business Loans

The western youth economic development program was developed to help out youth find opportunities in their own communities through entrepreneurship. Loans are provided to qualifying individuals between the ages of 18 to 29 to a maximum of $25,000.

Small Business Loans Association

The SBLA program is in partnership with Saskatchewan Industry and Resources. Loans are granted to qualifying businesses to a maximum of $15,000. Loans may be used for purchases such as equipment or raw materials.
